COMMON QUESTIONS
Slot Mechanics, Access and Account — Answered
These are the questions we see most often at matahari999, covering game mechanics for titles in our lobby and practical account matters. Each answer sticks to what the game or the platform actually does — no filler, no guesswork.
In Big Bass Bonanza Keeping it Reel, does the reel-hold trigger automatically every free spin?
No — the reel-hold is not active on every spin. It activates under specific conditions during the free spins round. When it does fire, a selected reel stays fixed so high-value money symbols remain in place for the angler to collect on subsequent spins.
Does the expanding symbol in Hand of Anubis expand on every spin it appears?
Not quite. The nominated symbol only expands when it forms part of a qualifying win combination. If it lands but does not contribute to a win, it stays at its normal size. During free spins, expansion conditions become more favourable, which is where full-reel coverage is most likely.
Does Starlight Princess 1000 always pay out at x1000 during free spins?
No — x1000 is the maximum multiplier ceiling available in the free spins round, not a guaranteed payout. The multiplier grows with each cascade step in a single spin chain. Reaching x1000 requires a long consecutive cascade sequence, which is a rare but possible outcome.
In Mustang Gold, does landing the horse symbol guarantee entry into the jackpot pick screen?
These are two separate features. The horse collect symbol sweeps visible money symbol values on that same spin — it is a base-game mechanic. The jackpot pick screen has its own trigger condition via scatter symbols landing simultaneously on qualifying reels. One does not activate the other.
